We warmly invite volunteers to join us on our monthly excursions—beautiful, life-giving journeys that touch and transform hearts on both sides of the border.
We gather on the third Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM at Rudy’s BBQ on Artcraft in West El Paso. From there, we caravan together across the Santa Teresa, New Mexico Port of Entry, traveling not just miles, but purposefully—toward compassion in action.
At Punto Zero, we serve hot dogs, share laughter, and—most importantly—love on the residents. These moments are simple yet powerful: conversations, smiles, presence. On some visits, we bring a piñata, and the joy is unmistakable as residents cheer, laugh, and eagerly collect the candies that spill out—a childlike delight that reminds us all of the beauty of joy.
We return to the United States between 1:00 and 2:00 PM, carrying back far more than we brought—renewed perspective, gratitude, and hearts forever changed.
To re-enter the U.S., you will need:
-
A U.S. passport, or
-
A government-issued ID and a U.S. birth certificate

If you feel called to be part of something meaningful—something human, humble, and hope-filled—we would love to have you join us.
